Maxim had a great article this awhile back, I'll tell you what I remember.

First off, aside from surgery, there is no real way to make your penis bigger. I promise you that if there was a quick fix the person who invented it would be so fabulously wealthy as to make Bill Gates look like a welfare case and he/she would be on the cover of magazines around the world.
