Advice needed - about my story

Well here I am,
I began writing about my life and posting it here about 3 weeks ago now.
Now that I have finished telling all about the first three days of my womanhood I find that they have not been well recieved.
since I am not a writer I am asking you literaries to tell me what I have done wrong. I have tried to accuratly post events from my diarys. but perhaps it is written poorly. Or is it the content of the events themslves which have been recieved badly. I just dont know.
I would appreciate your comments.

yup and you know what's funny? I realized about 2 seconds after I had posted that I actually was drooling, happens sometimes if I put my head down on my hand a certain way, either way kind of funny
