Trouble with submitting a story

Hello,

I would like to submit a story, but It wont let me, well, submit it. It just has a "Save story" button, but no "Submit" button. When I hit save story, it says maximum of 5000 characters allowed - which is crazy, since i've read far longer stories then what im submitting.

How do I submit a story?

OK, just fiddled with it some more...

Turns out that it actually says "Manimum characters allowed 5000."

The worst part is that I tried "saving" a story with only a few random letters in it.

Furthermore, theres no way to just POST the damn thing, and apparently no way around this glitch.

Help, anyone?

I also think this should not be there part. in case of true stories. Some stories part. true ones can be short, may be some short encounter but its highly sexual.

My statistics shows that I have posted 2 stories when I can only find one story posted. The second story was submitted late Sunday evening, which would be Nov 12

It was suggested that the forum would be the best place to bring up this issue and that one would get a quicker response than one would get if the matter was handled via email.

I'm going on memory here. There is a button on the bottom right hand corner that says save. Hit that button. Then wait a few days or more and you should see your story in the latest category.

Others are having the same problem I read. I have also tried to submit and it says submitted but when I go back it doesn't show up.

There is some kind of server problem, whether program caused or hacker caused I don't know. On 12-30,31 there was a bad hacker attack that crashed the site for while, and it took days to get the story section back up.

I tend to blame refried Christians.

Just went to my account on sex stories and tried to submit. All it did was flash and say done.

I just successfuly I think submitted my fucking 4 yr old story called Babysitter Deluxe.
Since I had to do two pastes for it, and the first time they appeared to be scrambled, I hope the second time the paragraphs are in the right order.

Been there Done that, sorrowfully. Thought they had all the glitches out now, I managed to successfully post 4 a few days ago, but had been trying since Last Year.

The "manimum" means minimum, it wont post if its less. I had to just keep adding to one until it would go. Fortunately there was enough material to add, since it was a true story, Leanora, my 3rd lover.

Keep adding to it until it will go, the likely reason is that it is too short. Now if you post it in the Forum Sex Stories, you can only post 6000 words, but then put the rest in a part two post, which is what I did with Alicia's Story originally since I couldn't get into the Sex Stories section.

I truly hope this helps you get in there. But if I were you I would go ahead and put into the Forum SS firsst, that will also let you know how long it is, since if its over 6000 it will tell you. I am not into counting words, myself, as I suspect you aren't either.:rose:

I realise they get lots of requests but their site is broken and it's been a month and no reply. Their contact page says to come here and post, which is useless since they don't seem to be here and nobody in here seems able to help.

Also, just from reading your problem is there a possibility that there is already a story with the same name submitted by some one else?

The script at xnxx stories only allows 5000+ characters, but I will double check that drafts tolerate less.

A good place to submit short stories is right here in the story forum.
