I have done it and it never bothered me or my hubby, he actually likes the smell of my blood and can tell when I am about to start just from my scent. We learned to over look the mess because when he started his job, the only time he had the urge was when I was bleeding and rather than jerking off to my art, he would have me suck him off. Erm. If you've got your unprotected cock inside them and they've got something, that's pretty damn unsafe. I dunno if adding blood to that is really gonna make much difference.

Yes...have and will again...I find it helps to ease the discomfort and cramps...and feels just as good as when I'm not menstruating...just a bit more mess to clean up after...
