I really like your avatar. I can see you standing out there with the wind ever blowing over you. As your gaze scans the horizon focusing on all and nothing. And yet as you stand there in almost frozen solitude there is purpose down deep inside the magnificence of your imagination you're nurturing the beginning of your next story.

Thank you for accepting. I enjoy your posts. I would guess that you're "the Siren of the St Lawrence"? I spent a lot of time in that part of NY. My friend Abbie Hoffman lived among the People of the River back in the 70's. Pete Seeger, of course, lives along the Hudson and he's "the singer of the river". I live along the shores of the Niagara. It's great to know that a woman is watching over this beautiful body of water to the North where ever you happen to be.
