  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    Environmentalists huh?

What was once a bustling makeshift city is now a largely abandoned garbage pit. Teepees and yurts, thousands of sheets of plywood and tents, kerosene and propane stoves, diesel and gasoline generators, food, clothing, cars and mountains of human waste lie in what was once a pristine floodplain that abutted the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation.

Nothing but bison and horses roamed here. Unless the debris is moved, state officials say it will wash into and contaminate the Missouri River.

Already 250 loads of trash have been removed, but much more remains. And police say they need to get everyone out to finish the job.

The scene of the native American viewing the polluted landscape, while shedding a tear, came immediately to my mind. It really is a shame.

They're burning their makeshift camps and teepees, and complaining about possible pollution.

You forgot all the abandoned cars and trucks. What's funny is oil companies are required by law to pay for reclamation yet protesters are not.

    Here, I'll quote the report:

Dakota Access Pipeline Protesters Clean Up As Deadline Looms:
In North Dakota, authorities set Wednesday as the deadline for the dwindling number of protesters against the Dakota Access pipeline to clean up and go home.

At the main protest camp, a massive cleanup effort has been underway. Semi trucks have been hauling debris out of camp and people here are piling garbage into bags.

Dakota Pipeline Protesters, Nearby Residents Brace For 2017

"It looks like a trash pile. But it's getting picked up and every spot is starting to look better and better as we work together," Dotty Agard of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe says as she sorts through abandoned goods.

The Army Corps wants protesters out so it can clean up its land before the river thaws and floods the camp. Some protesters are moving to higher ground nearby on the Standing Rock reservation. But there is concern that after months of violent protests, it may take law enforcement to remove those who won't budge.

Morton County Commission Chairman Cody Schulz is concerned about how protesters will respond to decisions made in Washington. At the urging of President Trump, the Army Corps this month granted a final permit to build the last stretch of the pipeline. Standing Rock is fighting that in court.

"They had some hope and a cause," Schulz says. "There's the fear I think from law enforcement that maybe some of that hope may be diminishing and desperation sometimes can set in."

Dana Yellow Fat is helping clean up. He says there's a lot of anger toward Indians right now. He describes hateful Facebook comments and says tribal members are afraid to leave the reservation.

"I might have a different skin color than you, but we still both bleed red," he says. "My culture and my ways might differ from yours, but we can still be friends."

Once this pipeline saga eventually ends, the Standing Rock tribe and North Dakota will have to figure out how to live side by side all over again.

    _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Fact of the matter is, police are now arresting those cleaning up and removing them...
HENCE, the government is causing it to be left a mess, not the Native Peoples and protestors.

Naturally, the White Propaganda Mill failed to mention that part.

      Thanks .
I didn't know what to look for.

      Arresting those cleaning up.
      Really clever.
I wonder who trumped up that idea
      :)

No, they were given a deadline to be gone...a generous deadline. Responsible people would have had the place cleaned
and sanitized by the deadline, and evacuated. The snowflakes stayed, and then cried foul!!!! typical.

    Ah ,
    the old deadline trick.
    the plot thickens ,
    with clots in the system.

Of course it would be absolutely catastrophic if those left behind , actually doing the cleaning up , took a little bit longer to do it , way out in
    Standing Rock ND.
Specially when a storm could just flush it all down the Missouri.
You could just wait n pick it up down round Nu Orleans somewhere :)

Red-Bullshit... I would wager a fortune that if you defaulted on your home mortgage and were told to evict by a certain date, that the mess you'd leave behind would be legendary simply to issue a final "fuck-you." There had been THOUSANDS of people living there for months, and they were given less than 19-days to evacuate. Add to that many left when Trump issued the go ahead, and what the remaining faced clean-up wise is staggering with no heavy equipment and so on to assist in removing what had essentially become a town... PLUS, they have to deal with the fact that the lives of all their people are now at risk, all for big-oil to get bigger.

So go peddle your anti-redskin rhetoric to those that have no sense.

Uh huh, "I just left." And what did you leave behind for others to clean up?

I know you... In that I know people. When people are getting what they believe is a raw deal, they rarely unless they hope that there will be some miraculous resolution make better or leave the same what they're being forced out of than when they found it. Don't worry, I get it. You're human. Powering Illinois? Please. Remember, COAL will save us all! What a crock.

Responsible citizens like Conroe4 never put themselves in untenable positions. Only foolish uneducated people do that. So you leave a stinking mess for someone else to clean up after you leave? I thought it was revered by native Americans to leave no trace of a encampment, or is this just phony propaganda?

I don't think the gummint blockade let them bring in the heavy equipment needed for the clean up, either.

Yeah, I guess that right-wing propaganda site, Time.com must be creating fake news. Doesn't look like much cleaning was done before the "leaving ceremony". (Isn't that precious? We're too lazy to clean up after ourselves, so just torch and pretend we're filming the season's final episode for "Survivor". )

Last Remnants of Dakota Access Pipeline Protest Camp Are Engulfed in Flames

    2/27/17

Some of the last remnants of the Dakota Access pipeline protest camp went up in flames Wednesday as opponents of the project set fire to makeshift wooden housing as part of a leaving ceremony ahead of a government deadline to get off the federal land.

The camp has been home to demonstrators for six months as they tried to thwart construction of the pipeline. Many of the protesters planned to go peacefully, but authorities were prepared to arrest others who said they would defy the deadline in a final show of dissent.

About 150 people marched arm-in-arm out of the camp, singing and playing drums as they walked down a highway. It was not clear where they were headed. One man carried an American flag hung upside-down.

Others departed the soggy camp earlier in the day. Authorities sent buses to take protesters to Bismarck, where they were offered fresh clothing, bus fare home and food and hotel vouchers.

(I couldn't snatch the Time.com video, but here's one of the many posted on youtube.)

    http://www.duluthnewstribune.com/ne...-goes-fairly-peacefully-despite-2-hurt-and-10

Residents of the camp set fire to several structures throughout the day, which some said was meant to be ceremonial. Law enforcement also reported at least two explosions occurred.

A 7-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl suffered burns Wednesday, though the cause of the incident was unclear. The 17-year-old was “severely burned” and airlifted to Minneapolis, Burgum said.

They didn't clean up shit. They are all a bunch of lazy two faced hypocrite pigs.

Lying scumbags... This is why their protest had no credibility...

If they cleaned up, then who left behind the tons of garbage being removed right now?
