That would depend on how you are defining double penetration, I mean some call it just one in the mouth and one in the vagina or anus. To others it would be one in the vagina one in the anus, but to me it would be 2 in the same place.

I assume the OP is using the term "double penetrated" to mean two penises in the same orifice. If that is the line of thought, I've always found two in the mouth (assuming they're thin enough) counter productive past two men wanting to put their dicks together more than receive a blowjob in that it hinders it. Two vaginally can be fun for all parties, yet typically men cannot hold back long enough to make it of any value to the woman, and finally double anal I simply just won't do. I assume that having two cocks in the same orifice, whether it is double vaginal, oral or anal is classed as double penetration and from my humble experiences, I have found that guy's are not too keen on getting 'that' close....
