If I became the admin here I would run XNXX with an iron hand. Good writing would be appreciated, but not required. Controversial opinions would be welcome. Flaming and obscene language would not be permitted.

I am sure there are a lot of people out there on cyber space who would like to join a forum that welcomed polite debate on controversial issues, and that shared my dislike for obscene words and flaming.

People with those tastes are in the minority on XNXX.

There are only two changes I would really like to make. First, I do not like this, "Furthermore, the XNXX Forum reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone who we feel will be disruptive or detrimental." This gives the admin and the mods the arbitrary power to remove anyone they do not like. Second, I think banning decisions should be explained. This would make arbitrary banning decisions more difficult. It would help posters understand how the Rules are interpreted.

Even Shake Zula admits that deidre79 was arbitrarily banned. There was not and is not a Rule prohibiting posters from accusing the mods of favoritism.

 

Certain sources espouse "facts", i.e. assertions based upon originally truthful sources but amended with rhetoric.

 

Not everyone frequents other porn sites. Why would it be hard to believe?

There are no banned words in the US. That being said, in general it is only considered non-offensive when used by someone other than a black person.

Sure did, most of them were a laugh a minute. They did not know what they were talking about and it was a hoot. Some had great thing to say and I learned a lot.

 

this site use to represent freedom of speech like no other, porn or otherwise. ive been using this site since it first started i wasnt even able to legally at the time lol. took me years to actually sign up. im 22 now and i can say that aside from real murder and "real" child pornography, this iste should not have moderators or rules for that matter. this is a porn site for porn and like minded things. but now there are rules and rules and its just killing the freedom of speech bit that this site had going for it.sure there is racism and gay bashing and all other manner of trolling but who gives a fuck. thats what the internet is about. freedom of expression. if something offends you leave or dont look. or stand your ground and fight back. theres no need to be policing a porn sight. and as far as laws go this site is used by people all over the world different countries different laws. so if some one posts something that may be illegal, it should be taken down and that person banned or some such. dont just go chopping down whole threads. thats bullshit. this was the best damn porn site in the world at one time everyone i know uses it. but it has become a victim of its own success. bring back freedom of speech please. rant over.

 

I approve of the restrictions against writing about underage sex in the Sex Stories section, and posting nude photos of people under the age of 18.

Nevertheless, I like to include music videos in my stories. Because of the restriction against posting photos of fully dressed minors I have to be careful about the music videos I post. Also, when the music is over, the videos often show covers of other videos. Once I had to refrain from posting a music video, because when the music was over the video posted a photo of Beverly Sills as a child. Needless to say, she was fully dressed.

I am even reluctant to include music videos that have drawings of fully dressed minors.

There must be a good reason for this. Nevertheless, I have never encourntered another website that had this restriction.

 

Part of me agrees with you while the other part of me wonders how someone can join the site, wait a year to make three posts and then wait more than 4 years to come up with this response. One can only conclude that since you have never been an active member, you don't really know the history here. You really haven't experienced all of the changes that have been put in place by the owner of this free site. This is not a democracy, it is dictated by nophest. Believe it or not, as the world changes and lawsuits are aplenty, so does the internet.

 

The only guarantee in life are death and taxes. If you haven't noticed everything else is in constant change whether we want it to or not. It is rather easy to acquire an internet forum as I have had several so why not go start your own?

If you once had something that you liked hang onto that memory or the feeling which it gave you but move with the current trend. Perhaps try and understand why situations have changed and give it some insight. I have never seen a porn forum that didn't have to change for one reason or another. I am surprised that this one got away with what it did for so long. While you say who gives a fuck well lots do. If you say something in person the words are gone into air but when you write something it is there for many more to see forever and if some can't morally police themselves then someone else has to do it for them. Free speech is only good up to a certain point, if you are hurting someone else by doing it then it is wrong.
