I just consulted a friend and our diagnostic seems to conclude you do have HPV (Human Papilloma virus) also known as Condyloma. Recommend go see a doctor, and remember it could be a lot worse. You could of had HIV.

It might also be MCV (molluscum contagiosum virus). I would avoid scratching, i recall it be contagious so refrain from scratching or it may spread. Look it up, i took some classes on STI's a year ago so i maybe a bit rusty.
