It could be an indication you are 47XXY instead of 46XY. It seems to be not uncommon, or at least not as uncommon as I thought it was.

Honestly it's pretty normal, and the truth of it is that you need to put on some muscle if you want to change.

I have a similar body shape, it is from low activity, low testosterone. you get a little flabby in the chest, butt and a sagging stomache.

physical activity should shrink some fat content (the wide hourglass), and fill in the middle area (your thin hourglass).

I need to do the same thing now, and it will change.
