What I find a little confusing is that, rather than just toddling by and ignoring the thread since the content is inexplicable to those who don't know the language (myself included,) more than a few people are showing up pretty much for the express purpose of insisting the very presence of a thread they can't understand is a sin against nature and should be removed immediately. If the guy can't find someone to talk to in arabic, fine, he chats to himself or finds a forum with people who can. If he can find someone, great, he can chat to someone. Hey I'm happy for Muslims to come on here to chat, Infact I think it is a great thing, if more Muslims would check out porn, I think it would chill those guys out a bit with regards to taking the literal word of the Qu'ran.

Let's presume that you are at a party and everyone speaks English.

The internet brings out so much of our negative side. I work in the middle of the local Arab/Muslim society here in the midwest (As RED STATE as you can get) U.S.A and I never hear anyone say anything like this. We all treat each other with respect. Christians, Muslims, Jews etc.

It reminds me of my trip to Costa Rica lately, I did some research online and everywhere I went all the chat rooms were filled with hatred for Americans, then I got there i made sure I wore an American flag pin, I wanted to see what would happen, and everyone was soo friendly to me. They invited me into their homes, asked me to surf and scuba dive etc., basically I had an incredible time.

Of course you can't make any judgements by what you see on the internet, it has no relation to reality. Quite a lot of people probably read this thread and didn't post. Who posts? the haters that's who, don't let it get you down. All the people I know here in the states like Arabs, i see it everyday! When an electrical fire damaged our local mosque the churches and synagogues held charity events to help repair it, and like i said we are as far right a state as you can find in the U.S.

My job took me to the U.K. and was sure I would have trouble, I've butted heads with the Limeys plenty of times on the 'net. However when I landed it happened to be the 4th of July and Heathrow was decked out with American flags, I saw more flags there than I did in the airport in Texas I flew out of. That's not what impressed me the most though, what surprised me was how much of the local populace were wearing the stars and stripes. I saw it all through the airport waiting for my charter flight.

My point being you can draw absolutely ZERO conclusions from what you read on the internet. Nothing here supersedes your experiences in everyday life. I've also spent quite a bit of time travelling through Arab countries, I've been to 6 so far, and I have a great deal of respect for Muslim culture because of it.

If I made conclusions based on the internet I would hate everybody lol.
