Default average sleeping times?

So how long do people coming on xnxx sleep in a day? I personally spend 6 yourself sleeping and 12 writing stuff and visiting xnxx. I bet others are even better.

I have no normal sleeping pattern, I will go to sleep and wake up about two hours later, read a little then sleep for another two hours. If I am feeling lazy I can stay in bed and sleep the morning and afternoon away.

at this point I'd be happy with 5 hours in a row....have not sleeped all night after 3/25/82 had an operation on feet,in pain afterwords and no sleep after...now of days, sleep 3 hour wake up and or roll over try again...need a nap to get 6 hour of sleep total....

I normally sleep about 4 to 5 hours, but I've only gotten about 20 hours sleep the past 8 days and by yesterday have been feeling like a zombie.

I usually get about 8 hours of sleep. If I stay up for a whole extra day I may sleep for 12 or more.

And to keep to the thread's OP, most times I sleep five or six hours. One day a week I try to get eight hours but it is impossible because of my insomnia.

Sorry for necrolyzing this thread but I wanted to know something. I have this problem of feeling tired in the evening and fully charged after 12. So I won't get any sleep before say 4 and then 6 hours means 10. Now that's all fine for holidays but what to do when I've to leave at 9 ?

I generaly sleep between six and eight hours a night. Sometimes less sometimes more but six to eight is the average. Weekends I will sleep eight almost without fail and on week nights six to eight.

You need to establish a routine. That's the only way to fix it. Dinner at 8PM; in bed at 11PM; get up at 7AM, no matter what.

You are allowed to lie in until 8AM if you've been drinking.

I try to awake at 8 am no matter what...but I used to wake up around afternoon time. I've missed mornings too much though! Love the crisp air.

Both me and my bf have worked or do work graveyard shifts. So sometimes he doesn't sleep for 24 to 36 hours. I get off work around 2 to 3. So I fall asleep anywhere from 130 to 4.

Last night I went off to sleep around 1am, was awake at 4am, then again at 6am then 8am. Got up to watch the rugby and had to fight to stay awake.

People think the healthy sleep pattern is to get 8-9 hours but studies have shown that 4-6 is the healthy choice, you just need to adjust yourself to that pattern, luckily I was forced into a 4 hour sleep pattern by the army, someone would always wake you for your stag after 4 hours, 'til you become the king of the gun.

dinner at 8 ? it's okay for now but when session starts i'll return home only after 9 (classes and library work go on till 6 30 and then i've got a fucken tuition till 8 ). still 11 is ideal only i wonder if i won't be staring at the ceiling fan again. but i guess some extra work will increase my need of sleep. thanks i'll try this.

about routine, err well, never mind....

Change your eating time to 10, then, and sleep from 11:30 until 07:30. And routine? SORT IT OUT, MOTHERFUCKER. THAT ROUTINE IS YOUR DAMN SAVIOUR FROM THE CEILING FAN.

Absolutely agree with that last sentence!! Once you start relying on chemicals to help you sleep, you'll find it that much more difficult for 'natural' sleep to occur - not saying that I don't use sleeping pills, I do, but very, very rarely!!

If you find your brain is too wired later in the evening, try turning off the computer, put down your phone, and switch off the t.v. - these stimulate brain activity. Instead, put on the radio, get yourself comfortable in bed and read. Even if it's an 'exciting' book, it's not stimulating your brain the way screens do!!

If that doesn't work, try a warm, milky drink - I like to add honey to my milk. I also try meditation to help me sleep - especially if there's a particular stressor in my life that's blocking sleep. It clears the mind, and lets me refocus, usually at least, long enough to help me sleep!!

You also need to make sure you're warm enough, and your room is well ventilated - if possible, sleep with an open window. Try not to stress about not sleeping, it will only compound the issue and make sleep that more difficult.

thanks x_orion and smc. I've been tempted to use pills but since nobody in my immediate family uses them I was a little wary. Now I'll stay clean of it even if I have to go to those sleep spas or whatever they call them now.
Yeah the routine needs fixing I guess I can't run from the hard work forever. Once the college timings stopped imposing their writ it's been chaotic. Some of my friends revel in this insomniacism but I nerd my sleep, especially as I'm a heavy gamer. The dinner timing sounds good and I think the sleep time +/- 30 min would be good. Smc, I guess my rotten alcoholic habits will have to go: D sometimes I'd just down a bit of rum and sleep off in a stupor. But it messed things badly the next day. I'll have some cold drink I guess I'm not a very big fan of milk.

I don't use any major appliances apart from the laptop occassionally and my mobile. It's true that the days I can't charge my mobile are days I tend to sleep earlier. And I guess cutting down on gaming MAY help though I usually don't agree with my mom on that.

However the last part seems a bit problematic. It's been 40© plus for about three weeks and it's killing people (literally. 130+ heat related deaths in the state) . So I have to them on the AC and then wake up and turn it off when it's too cold. Big nuisance. Can't keep windows open as we don't live in the best neighborhood. So it's either AC induced tundra or fucking hot in my room. Call it weird but these temp changes seem to reduce my sleep by waking me again and again. Room temperature is something I'm yet to figure out.

Ps I think I'll have to sacrifice my late night xnxx prowling in order to sleep. Hope folks won't miss me. *sigh*

I sleep about 5 hours a night during the week and about 7 or 8 on the weekend.

I am so whacked out when it comes to sleeping, but I am definately a night person.

I have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep so I get maybe 3-4 hours of continuous sleep before I start waking up.

Seasonal changes and school hits me the hardest.

Around 5 hours a night is enough for me. About once a month or so I'll hit a couple days of dog ass tired and will get about 8 a night.

I average about 4-5 hours of sleep a day. A few times a month I'm able to swing 7 hours.
