Well, I'm not afraid to say who I voted for.

I had two favorites: When the Voyeur Decides to Play, and At the End of the Path. They were both so well written that I really couldn't decide between them, so I ended up voting for the one that got me the horniest, because I don't think this contest had enough pure smut stories, and I want to encourage more of them in the future.

Congratulations to Hornycountryboy for When the Voyeur Decides to Play. Have some flowers.

But I feel guilty about choosing just one out of several that I really enjoyed because there were a lot that were tied for a really close third, so I'm going to unofficially hand out a few prizes.

I felt the same way during the last CAW, but I learned a lot from it too with all the great advice I had received and tried to put what was offered to me into this CAW. The end result was I felt more happy with my story than I did the last time, and the feedback has been great. I don't know how many votes I may or may not get but it doesn't matter to me, these challenges helped me grow as a writer, and that's all the reward I need.

Your story was hot, although I felt it was rushed, but my last entry felt like that too. I have been rewriting it slowly to get it to where I want. Unfortunately with life obligations its been on the back burner for awhile now, but it will get done someday.

I hope you decide to participate in the next CAW, depending on when the next one is will determine if I will be able to participate or not. I am hoping so, I truly enjoy doing these and learning how to improve.

Heck voting numbers in CAWs have never been huge.

For a long time the total votes was around the fifty mark, they went up in the last few but still not massive.

This is a change, the secret voting, and I (now) see it as a way forward. My hope (fingers crossed) is that it will see a greater engagement from our members with the result of an increase in those who actually do cast a vote (difficult decision though it needs must be.)

At this stage I think 24 is pretty much in line with past CAWs and it might simply be that the number who really are interested has remained pretty much constant- it will be interesting to see but till then Heck me boy, one more vote than the others and
