Yoga, tai chi, all sorts of pills, I'm even trying a little magnet that you wear on your panties. Mind you, I'm supposed to avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy food, but that would take a lot of the fun out of life

I't's summer in the northern hemisphere so people are probably stepping away from the computer more often, not a bad thing really
