I agrer fully with WeeHector on the bully situation. It's what we call "old school thinking " back here. That oje deserves respect and deference by the sole virtue of age and experience no matter what the other issues may be. In real life I may shiw soke respect once I see proof of real capabilities but here I don't really see why I should go bowing before everyone with 2k posts and over. On the other hand I'd respect someone with just 200 posts if they deserve it.
