My wife and I have started talking about things to spice up our sex life which has started to go a bit stale after 15 years of marriage. The option that we are in most agreement with would be swinging with another couple. We are happily married, but our sex life could use some spicing up.

We talked about threesomes also. I cant vouch for your particular area where you live but my guess is that there will be some swingers groups close by. Check these out over the internet, find out what they are into and what the qualifications are to join.

Most swinger groups will be happy for you to come along and be fully understanding that as first timers you may be happier just to watch and get comfortable with the whole proceedings and there wil be no expectation on you jumping in at the deep end.

My advice would be to try it out, tst the waters and see if this really is for you or not. If you both find you love it then you can continue and if not no harm done.

Personal experience. I found that with good friends that are into the same thing is best. I first started swinging at a party when i was in the USAF. 3 couples just chillin drinkin beer and watching movies. We ran out of beer and it was past 2 but one of the guys knew where to go get some at an after hours house ... (won't go into the legal ramifications but i was young and wanted to party and so did my lady friend .. so off we went he and I) when we got back Steve .. the husband of the couple hosting the party was passed out on the couch. so we went looking around for the ladies .. not out back not anywhere .. the back rooms doors are all closed as they had always been .. we had no idea but we figured they'd be back.

after a few minutes i heard a sound and to make a long story short (I'll post the full story in a real "story" later) I ended up in my first swing situation .... it was a night .. and later a year to remember .. i was ruined for life .. if you are both looking to swing then it has to be for the right reasons, and not just a last roll of the dice, both me and my wife started to swing about four years ago, at first just with single guys, then we got into couples and parties, all great fun and met some fantastic poeple through it, but the thing with couples is that all four need to find an attration there, and trust me that is not easy, we no longer swing with couples , we have a two couples that we still play with and all get on great, but mainly now it is back to bi single guys, with being bi there is no need for not wanting to touch, and the wife has the time of her life, since we have gone down this route we have all had lots of fun, and no she has been looking for guys aswell, only on swing sites, so good luck you will have great times , and there are some right arse holes out there, but you will work them out from the rest,,
