They are different names. One says black man (this one) and the other says white man. I figured no one would mind if I used white man in the stupid joke. Once I say the same joke but with black man, people cry racist.

Well as long as there is going to always to a degree of racism. I see what catnip did....is what he did right no...but he is not wrong. The first thing we do when it comes to identification is race. And me being a black man I can say what he said was kind of fuck up, but why when he said it about a a white man no one got offended. It the same thing when we say Asians can't drive or Mexican like to pack up there car with there whole family. Until we don't let these stereotypes fade away we are just going to keep giving them power. But in all honestly the joke was kind of funny looking past the racism.

Thank you. I never intended to offend anyone, but rather prove a point. Is the joke hateful and mean spirited? Yes. But so is it when substitute black with white, green, blue, Asian, African, German, European, American, Russian, polarity, etc. As long as we see race as a color or nationality, and not as the human race, we will never move forward.

No, white men have never been the butt of racism. No offense, but you're wrong on that statement. Every people has been the butt of racism at some point. In America, historically I would agree black people has had to endure more racism. But even in America it depends in where you live. I live in a city that is about 60% black. I can go into a store with mostly black workers and I am treated much differently that when a black person walks into the same store. I worked in a small office and I was the only white person there. I wad not treated fair. In fact, my manager told some of my co-workers not to talk to me or at least be careful as to what they say to be because I was a snitch. He basically made me out like I was a spy for his boss who happened to be my best friend and white. It goes both ways.
