I have headaches all the time. So i would have to say just go with the flow. But if not go to the doctor.

It's not a bad idea to check with your doctor but, get yourself some electrolytes (any sport supplement store or pharmacy) and start drinking plenty of water! Your probably experiencing dehydration from electrolyte depletion in your seminal fluids with no replenishment, semen is low in fluid and rich in minerals!

i have done that when i am dehydrated and then i have a big orgasm. the change in blood pressure makes it worse. i have gotten headaches so bad during and immediately after orgasm that i couldnt see and it completely crippled me for about 15-20 minutes. Drink water!

ok wel... the first things that will come to mind is dehydration and high blood pressure...BUT!!! your not supposed to be getting headaches from masterbating in the first place...... this is a sign of high colesterol intake which can lead to E.D. later in life.....now i hate to say it but.....
the best course of action is
1. healthy diet
2. Exercise ( a hour long walk is fine)
3. GO TO A DOCTOR!!!!!! becuase im not

Exact same here- I had the terrible back of the neck headache and it was dehydration. Drinking a glass of water before fixed it.

go to your doctor. I had the same issue they where so excruciating that I scared my lady at the time and when I went to a doc and they put me ona migraine medicine and it's all good but there could be some other underlying issues that might cause em. It's actually common, here's an article that goes into more detail not trying to scare you but go to the doc it's better to be safe then sorry.
