Everyone seems to have comedies covered. Drama/indie-wise, I'd recommend 9 Songs, and Room in Rome (both on netflix). Tons of nudity in both, and both were fairly enjoyable.

I don't know about being "good" but Love and Other Drugs was basically a softcore porno. If I remember correctly, No Strings Attached had nudity, a lot of sex scenes non the less. Friends With Benefits had a lot of sex scenes. The "loosely associated" American Pies had a lot of nudity...by that I mean the ones that have the name with a subtitle that didn't have any characters from the ones that follow the story line
