POF and OkCupid are both free, though the latter is superior to the former. POF is really disorganized, and kind of a mess to navigate. Seems to be littered with fake profiles as well. OkCupid is a good site as far as meeting people is concerned--what happens after that depends on the girl and whether you play your cards right. I fucked a bunch of girls from OkCupid, and though there is an option for "casual sex," I can guarantee you that you will not even get a girl to respond to your messages, let alone hook up with, if you specify that as among what you're looking for.
