Pregnancy and STDs are a problem. But my main concern is a sexual danger most people may not think about. How do you go about sex if your heart (your physical heart, not your mental one) won't allow it? I've heard of first time couples dying from orgasmic heart attacks.

if you have a certain or severe heart condition, you are to
REFRAIN FROM SEX. this due to EXCITEMENT, INCREASE IN HEART RATE,
& BLOOD PRESSURE. this will cause the heart to beat more rapidly,
and sending more & more blood to heart.

eventually, you may suffer from a severe heart attack, and dying in the
sexual act himself. this is why, sexual contact must be OFF LIMITS.

this makes the other partner FUSTRATED, DEPRESSED, & maybe
UNFAITHFUL at that. due to this medical situation.

i am not sure, where the part of, STD's & PREGNANCY fits in.

what's the danger in a person getting PREGNANT ?.

That's a pretty rare event unless the partners are elderly. Even then, most people have some idea if they have a problem with their ticker. It can happen though. Matthew McConaughey's father died of a heart attack while making love to his mother. What a way to go!
