My best advice would be to join the conversation without being a jerk. Let people get to know you before you start chasing the ladies. A well thought out avatar never hurts. I suggest avoiding a cock pic. Save that for an album.

The women here have the advantage. Treat them well and over time maybe one will take a liking to you.
