Is that illegal?

I had this question asked to me before by a 14 year old girl.
I didnt know what say to her or how to answer it.
I did research on it but couldnt find it.
Would like for someone to tell me.

It's still statutory rape even if she is emancipated.

Being emancipated only means that she has the authority to act as her own guardian. But a guardian doesn't have the right to let their underage child be statutorily raped. Therfore, it's still illegal so put your cock away dude, you haven't found a loophole.

That's legal in most states with parental consent.

Mariagable age is often different from the age of consent.

Most states in the U.S. allow marriage at around sixteen with parental consent. Kansas and Massachusetts are the lowest. Those states allow marriage as young as twelve with the consent of the parents and/or a Judge. Texas and New Hampshire set the age at 13 with parental and/or a Judges consent.

The Texas age of consent laws, like those of other states, are designed to prevent young people from being sexually exploited by adults. Texas, like many states, permits teens to engage in sexual relations with their peers. While this activity is far from universal, it is common enough that the courts would be unable to handle all the cases, if it were illegal.
In Texas, young people who are at least 14 years old may legally consent to sex with a partner who is not more than 3 years older. So, a 15-year-old boy can have sex with his brother’s 18-year-old girlfriend, but not with the 42-year-old lady down the street. Although in that example, the brother might object strongly, the conduct would not be illegal.
Under the Texas age of consent laws, it is sexual assault for anyone to penetrate a person who is at least 14 years old but under the age of 17, if the offender is more than 3 years older than the victim is. The law includes an exception for married couples. This crime, commonly called statutory rape, carries a sentence of 2 to 20 years in jail.

The penalty could be years in prison, and a lifetime as a registered sex offender.
Efforts to reform these laws in a more sensible way that reflect the reality of teen behavior and ever-present cell phone cameras have been proposed, but still haven’t passed the Texas Legislature.

I may be interpreting this wrong, but the wording of that law makes it sound like a universal ban on digital distribution of explicit images, underage, or of age. Or at least thats how I take it.

the law was created to battle "sexting" among underage people

i cannot testify to the thought that it has any effect but was designed as a tool to help stop the practice, as that we all know that kids share these images with everyone

I'm not sure about New Jersey's sexting laws. I'll have to look into them. Could be useful information later on in life, for what ever reason.

It is spelled with an E - Emancipated. I gather it is to mean 'liberated' in this case.
Why would a 14yo ask unless it is her.
The girl has to be 16 in many countries to engage in sex 'Legally'.
When I was well below the legal age for males - 14, I screwed girls below their legal age of 16.
Just make sure you dont get caught. In this case the age difference is fairly substantial and would draw attention to the relationship if seen in public.

As a female who looked into emancipation it would be legal, being emancipated is basically pushing the legal clock forward making you eighteen. You may work in factories, sign contracts, all of these things. But you have to be at least sixteen to do so. So a 14 yr old is a nono. Plus 16 is the majic number for consent and most won't bother a grown man for having relations with a 16 or 17 yr old. But reguardless be carefull (:
