Serious answer - you can't tell anyone's medical status by looks alone. Assume the worst and always wear a condom/ have your partner wear one.

No, you definitely cannot tell. Always wrap it before you tap it unless you know the person really well. Get annual checkups and if you notice ANYTHING unusual (oder, discharge, lesions, ect.) Then see the doc immediately!

People believe that they are so unlucky that even a 1 percent chance of contracting an std is a sure sign that they will get something. For example, I took an std and aids test for a girl once. How I stayed STD free?
I always, always, always use a condom, and it's always one I brought the first time. A condom that has been in a wallet could have holes, or be expired and break, where ones you've bought you know how old they are and kept them somewhere safe, I would hope.
