The only way a pill can make a penis 'larger' is if you are having problems reaching a full erection (in other words, it is only growing to 'half-staff'). That is what medications like Viagra and Cialis(sp?) are for----Erectile Dysfunction.

No pill will make a penis grow "2-3 INCHES!!!!" beyond what your normal erection would be. They are all scams.

To repeat: If your NORMAL, fully-hard erection is 6 inches, but you are having problems getting fully hard (say, only growing to 4-5 inches), Viagra or whatever will help you reach your 'maximum potential'; but if 'God made you' 6 inches, no pill will make you 8 or 9 inches. That is impossible.

Unless you are something like three inches, you're going to be fine. Average is probably around six or seven. A little under or over isn't going to make a difference if you know how to use it.
