Tourette's is NOT funny. I live with a victim. However hers is just occasional "uh" type vocalizations and facial arm and finger tics, involuntary jerks.
I don't think I could tolerate the severe vocalizations. Tourette's also has other unfortunate health features too. She also has Marfan's Syndrome which has debilitating muscular effects, as well as having ADHD. Does this cause relationship problems? It could if I would let it.
