Moms, or Mature women!

My girlfriend's mom is extremely attractive, and I kinda want to let her know to see what she thinks. I haven't seen her nude or anything, but I've seen her come out of the shower in a short robe and wears short sleeping type shorts around the house even when I'm there. I'd like to hint her how I feel or at least let her know I think she's hot somehow and maybe I'll get a good response. How would you like to be approached and how would you handle the situation?

I'd prefer answers from mature women with their input on my situation. I'm 20 years old and her mom is 38 years old if that's of any use.
