You might not have a need for Twitter at this time. You could use it as a way to connect with people who have the same interest as you such as say a book club or whatever sexual fetish you are into. It is also like short blogging to let everyone know what you are doing but I generally keep it to erotic ads. I can see the usefulness for something like actual breaking news (in other words, not anything ESPN ever calls "breaking news") or to sell a product or if you're a company or for weather updates or anything along those lines.

But otherwise, it just seems like a giant waste and a whole bunch of fucking self-important idiots who crave attention. Also, professional athletes need to get the fuck off of Twitter. Those idiots need to be saved from themselves, I swear.
