What's the one snack/junk food that you can't/won't live without???

If I don't have at least one bowl of ice cream every couple of days I get really cranky and even I don't like me when I'm cranky, lol.

I always keep a bowl of carrot sticks handy to snack on to help keep me from smoking ... apparently half the reason why people smoke is out of habit and to keep their hands busy, so I'm forming new habits.

It varies, I don't think there's anything I couldn't do without. I do however only allow crisps in the house as a weekend treat (that's potato chips to you in the US) as I can't resist them if they are there. Ice cream is a weakness too, but I buy small lower calorie pots or frozen fruit smoothies. Good quality dark chocolate - I eat rarely, and slowly.
