Why do you think chastity will be better for your wife? If you are sleeping around on her I understand where your coming from but, here is what I would suggest instead.
1) Yes stop jacking off your hand is harder and rougher than her pussy which makes it harder for you to get off with her 2) More sex!!! In my experience it is much harder to kick start a woman's libido once a week rather than keeping it going every couple days 3) Try something new!
