No, no one knows. Yes, mostly for eye makeup issues. For example, I can't do anything to my eyebrows that would look strange when I'm not Suzy, so the best I can do is cover them. It looks ok from a distance or on a quick glance, but won't stand up to a good look. Sunglasses also help in case I bump into an acquaintance.

I am getting better at the makeup, even the eyes, so I'll probably just keep working at it for now. If I can tweak the eyebrows a little so that I don't have to cover them up, it would be a big help. My last trip out was another confidence builder--I spent about 20 minutes shopping in the Charlotte Russe store, and none of the other customers or clerks even blinked, even when I was talking to them from just a few feet away. The same thing was true at Payless Shoes. Thanks for the suggestion, NEW. I just tried a "combo" of what I was doing to cover them (a technique I saw on youtube) and what you suggested. Basically, I'n only covering a small portion of the eyebrow now and using the rest as a slightly bigger eyebrow than before and it looks much better. You're an excellent long-distance makeup consultant.

That being said I have no doubt that if Charming Shoppes had offered a serious reward of say a million dollars that would have been enough to get someone to talk and this animal would have been caught instead of being allowed to go on living his life. I feel they let this piece of shit get away with killing these poor women simply because they didn't want to pay out more money. Maybe I am wrong but that is how I see it and I choose not to give them my business.
