There's far to many that do that on here along with pictures with their own web site links advertised.

When you see it, click the report button. The mods can't possibly, as volunteers, check every post on every thread every day. But if they get a report, they check it, and if it's spam, it gets deleted, and in many cases, the member is banned.

After you report it, post to the thread saying you did so, so the mod in-box doesn't get deluged with multiple reports of the same thing.
