My gf and I are talking about doing our first creampie. She is not on any from ofr Birth Control. We have discussed if we did a creampie she would take plan B and also during the sex she would use a VCF. With all of these precautions how safe will it be to creampie her?

Well you probably already know the sooner she takes the plan B pill after the hot messy fun... the safer it'll be. And you may not wanna do it while she's on her "risky days", ask her when those are, when she may be ovulating. That way the odds of you getting her knocked up are very very low... but still not 100% safe. Also if you use more than one plan B per period, chances of getting her pregnant skyrocket.

She has to know her cycle if you want to "play safe" as far as the rhythm method goes. That means she has to know when she normally ovulates. The reality is, in close to 99% of women, you only have in the neighborhood of 12-48 hours to get pregnant and in reality, the real number is closer to 18-32 hours that the egg remains viable.

To play it very safe, DO NOT have unprotected sex for up to 4 days before she ovulates and 2 days after. Once the egg takes its course down the fallopian tubes and into the uterus, if it's not a zygote it breaks down and dies. The reason for the 4 day window before is that sperm have been known to live for up to 96 hours although most die off by the 72 hour mark but depending on your genetics, it may be better.

Anyways, it's key to know her ovulation schedule. Since *most* (but not all, do not take this as absolute advice because every woman is different) women ovulate in the 9-14 day window after their period ends, it's generally ok to have unprotected sex with no risk of pregnancy when she is in well into her luteal phase.

The sponge is fine and dandy but Plan B is fairly harsh to her system and can cause a number of undesirable effects. As long as there is no risk of the formation of a zygote (aka fertilized egg) then it's unnecessary. As an example, my periods and ovulatory phase regulated themselves by the time I was 17 other than a brief blip when I was 19. While in a committed relationship, I've gone 100% unprotected since and no babies or even "oops" moments.

Plan B is not meant as a regular contraceptive. If you want to have sex with your gf and ejaculate inside her then you need to be talking about what methods of regular birth control she ought to be taking to avoid an unwanted pregnancy.

I would suggest she go see her doctor and talk this through, unless of course you actually want a family

I don't believe in counting your days, that only lowers the chances, doesn't eliminate them. But I do believe that Plan B is effective enough for a ONE time use, not for a regular everyday use. So if it's an isolated creampie, then you should be fine.
