You first need to make ten posts.

Then go to user CP (on the bar above)

You will see a menu on the side bar to the left, select edit profile picture.

then follow the simple instructions.

Then do the same for your Avatar.

Make sure your pics are 80x80 pixels (this can be done in MS paint, edit picture)
