S'not difficult...

Take your burger meat, add an oxo cube, and however much curry powder or paste to taste, and a little grated garlic...fry on both sides in a bit of oil until brown, stick them in the oven - gas mark 5 - for about 20 minutes

Scrumptious!!

And, if you use lean meat, it's a healthy meal, especially if you get your oil piping hot before frying!!

I made lamb tagine. Also used up the last of the french onion soup I made yesterday with a couple of Ciabatta croutes.

Tesco ciabatta is surprisingly delicious!
Got a fantastic half lamb shoulder from the local butcher in the market.

Mrs. Wolf really liked it so that's always a bonus!
