Hello, I am relatively new here to XNXX, I had over several years viewed the videos but it wasn't until recently that I discovered this forum... I have been looking through all of the post that people had made and I noticed that several individuals have not been active to this site for a while now…

The question for all of you is why are you still here with this group???
Does it satisfy some inner desire?
Are you looking to find something or someone?
Does it make you feel connected?

I have learned a few things on XNXX that I have wondered about for a long time. For years I have read right wing commentators claiming that income tax receipts increased after John Kennedy and Ronald Reagan cut the top tax rate.

I think it was Kimiko who posted this website that has a chart of yearly income tax receipts going back to 1934.

Well, it is true that income tax receipts increased after Kennedy and Reagan cut the top tax rate. However, they had been increasing more before the top tax rate had been cut. Moreover, there were greater increases in income tax receipts during the administration of Franklin Roosevelt when there were steady increases in the top tax rate.

Political differences are usually based on differing values and economic interests. Two people can be in complete agreement about the facts of an issue, and differ fundamentally about policy regarding that issue. Nevertheless, facts are important. The best and most satisfying way to refute an argument is to demonstrate that at least one of the premises on which it is based is not true.

I stay because.....I have no frickin' clue. This place has become so random at times, it's a nice distraction from the stress of my life. I like to grab some popcorn and watch the G.D threads derail into ridiculousness.

I found myself here a few months ago and have passed the time reading through discussions in this forum mainly. I joined up last month and then real life took over so I have been busy sorting the stuff that needed sorting and came back now that things in my life are a lot quieter. I probably won't be posting very much and getting involved in the various heated discussions even less.
