Not sure. Stretching, to my understanding, causes injury, though. I've heard jelqing causes some injury or deformation, too, though it's less obvious why that would be so I don't know. Do some research before you get into either technique heavily.

To my knowledge there really isn't any way to make your penis bigger that doesn't involve potential injury and/or deformation. Learn to use what you've got and it shouldn't matter to anyone what it's length is - for most women length is not all that big of an issue.

I don't remember details but I read something about this in the past. Any gains are negligible and you run the risk of injuring yourself. Just be happy with what you've got.
