lasting during sex

about a year ago i could go for an hour to an hour and a half... since then i became homeless ive been through 4 jobs this year and its rare that i get to eat more than 1 proper meal a day. yesterday i hooked up with a chick who was so tight i could fit my pinky in and anymore than that and i was stretching her. i spent a few minutes just trying to get inside her but i really didnt last long at all, maybe a few minutes because i was holding back. does anyone have the same issue of not lasting as long as they used to or does anyone know of any excersizes i could do to restore my longevity? serious replys only please, feedback is very much appreciated...

i suffer from this too, but i have never had the pleasure of lasting long unlike you. Could you forward any advice you receive onto me please, we all strive to improve, i strive to be average haha thanks means a lot

Considering your situation you probably just needed it especially, with a woman so tight that raised the bar. If you don't mind me saying worry more about your life and finances, once your having regular sex it'll all slow down a bit but, you can do a lot by staying in shape including eating right and exercising!
