Women: Cramps during orgasm??

Any women in here ever have cramps during an orgasm?

The first time it happened was back in 2007. When I orgasmed, my stomach started hurting... it was kind of like horrible cramps, or like I had diarrhea, but it went away after a minute or so. I ended up taking a pregnancy test and it was positive. Now, and more frequently-- usually around my period-- I notice it keeps happening. I have Googled it and there are a few hits with women who say this happens to them too, but no real answer as to what is the problem. Anyone from here experience this?

(I am out of a job and don't have a fam doc, so until I can get to one, just want to know what the women here have to say.)

I have this happen when I cum really hard, but I don't know y either.
As for a dr, if you're in the us, go 2 the health dept. They do basic gyn & family planning, & base it on income.

orgasms tend to be stronger around your time of the month anyway, since your uterus is already contracting to get everything out, the added pressure of your orgasm might make it a little uncomfortable and cause MORE cramping.. but thats normal..

I don't know if it's because I have PCOS or endometriosis, but occasionally I'll get horrific cramps that start right after or several minutes after orgasm. Fortunately they never start during orgasm, so they never ruin my orgasms.

I'm Pregnant. If I climax to hard I get cramps, I've never had it before, why I've asked the doctor he basically told me its just your uterus contracting that gives you the cramping feeling
