Official 'Post While You're Drunk Thread'

I think I still qualify as being drunk.

Last night was the office Christmas party and I've just got home (It was out of town and I was staying in a hotel.)

I'm starting to move into the hung-over phase now. But it's my hang-over. I earned it and, damn it, I'm going to enjoy it!

The bits of last night I remember were:

A woman called "kat" (who I'd never met before) doing her party piece which involves judging the size of bloke's dicks by looking at them and feeling their buttocks. For info I was judged as "Small to medium", but that doesn't bother me. It's big enough to fill a pram.

I decided that when they played that "Blues Brothers" song it would be a good idea to storm the dance floor and pogo, forgetting that I was struggling to stay the right way up with both feet on the ground, and finding it impossible when I was airborne! One of my colleagues very kindly helped me stand the table back up and find my glasses!

My mate and a girl known to me only as "Stomper" having to be moved aside because someone wanted to use the toilet.

Having my boss and 4 or 5 others in my hotel room at about 1 O'Clock and my boss, who is a really cool guy, trying to draw the Burke Litwin model of organisational change on the mirror with someone's lipstick.

Waking up this morning to find that all my toiletries were lined up on the top of my telly!

Happy times.

I'm a litttle worried that there might be more stories that I'll hear about me when everyone else sobers up.

On the plus side, I managed to get up and get some breakfast before I travelled. 2 of my colleagues who were in the same hotel had only managed to shout to god down the big white telephone when I left.

And I think you're right. It's a worthwhile experience, particularly if you can do it with friends who'll help you get home.

Yeah, that's totally konglish, which is a severe bastardization of english. Koreans have this thing where like two consonants can't be together, as in side-by-side in the same word, so you get this really horrible muddled and mixed up version of English. For instance, you have English. Ends with 'sh' for us right thinking people, but because s and h in Korean are both considered consonates, and those two in particular S-suh and told the good kind officer my situation.

dude...I totally just sort of nodded off there. But not to worries. I'm back in fine shapezuh. my eyes burn though. fucking contacts.

And fucking soju. I'm too tired to be drunk and funny at the same time. damn it. There goes my freaky/funny streak.

I just drink Soju. But Baller, check it out. Just drink you lots of water before you go to bed, and take a couple of advil or tylenol or something, and the hangover should be minimal if non-existant. Also, eat something the next day with lots of vitamins and minerals.

I'm working myself into a proper drunk state right now before really cutting loose. About what, I have no idea. I don't plan these things, they just spew forth from me like I'm some sort of drunken prophet of XNXX.

Rich and Krupa and while everyone knows the solo for Whipe out and Ina Goda de videa hardly anyone ever heard oif Krupa's Let There Be Drums because that wasn't a solo that was art. Man I could never get that one down because I'd end up listening.

cool cool, nice to see somebody who actually knows how to play with style instead of just banging away, another good drummer, even if you hate the band he's in, is Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, he can do some pretty cool beats

I've always been more of a creative drummer, I like to listen to everything I can, learn it, and then put my own stuff into it, I think that's the best part of playing drums is making songs your own

Yeah, I know. And when it comes out it's not anybody you ever heard before it just comes. yea, some drummers just bang away like they're on crack or something but the good ones know how to make it creative and even if they're just playing without anything to go by, they can stil make it sound good
