Some clean VERY well as you would a baby.

Here is what we do. Buy a Fleet Enema in the drucstore. Empty the laxative solution that it is filled with and refill with lukewarm water. Use half of the enema water-expel and then use the other half-expel and shower. You will be squeaky clean. it only takes a few ounces of water to clean you out.
