Anything over 16 in some places is as young as things go, legally speaking. Other places the limit is 17 or 18, so saying you think one age is less sick is purely comical. 18+ is the limit on all videos and pictures though, and should be enforced strictly.

Whatever the age in your jurisdiction is, is what you should be following. Not personal preference.
