That is not a bad idea actually but we have done that too. Was looking for others experiences. We are just going to come back home and do the candlelight slow love thing. It is a nice break from just fucking and dealing with the kids all the time. Reminds us of when we were young.

 

My Husband and I are well past "things" given as gifts, and though our anniversary is not as big as his birthday to me (Christmas we devote our efforts to others less fortunate), as cliché as it may be, and perhaps surprising due to our hypersexual lifestyle, it still boils down to sex.

As an example, to learn to read and write I had become deeply involved in a chat based RPG which in a nutshell was a violent sexual LotR inn/bar as the focal point. Well he had heard me talk about how great it would be to experience it, both good and bad. Without going into detail (in that the lengths he went to are embarrassing), lets just say he gave me that including up to 40 (least days were 20) other people that I had never met and had been briefed to play it for real with. Though obviously there was no magic or non-human races and combat could not involve weapons or be overly violent (also requiring people to monitor what went on for safety), I was able to live it until I had enough which was just shy of a month played 24/7 the entire time.

For him, I make it a point to do something for him that he would really like to witness. What goes on here typically is considerably more than extreme for most people, so they are things that push far beyond those limits. I'm just fortunate in that it is me that he prefers witnessing doing those things. As he puts it (though never as a request yet in thanks) "it always strikes him deeper and is much more personal and connected in that it is me."

So in a sense, we give each other their fantasies turned into reality.

Nothing hugely special in terms of sex. We have a nice dinner and do whatever feels good, we don't plan in advance to have a particular type of sexytimes.

 

Anyone who's been married a considerable amount of time knows there will be anniversary sex and although it could mean venturing out into something different sexually, it's about the day. Loving each other and being close, dinner and dancing or whatever you two like for that one day that culminates into a point where you two make love. Your hope that this thread would offer something other than random ideas for sex, it's your life and no one knows you better than you two so maybe for next year you take the time to plan something special sexually if that's what you wish.
