I find it hard to believe that there are not more and more strict dating policies. What with sexual harassment cases, break-ups, cheating, issues with work induced stress and so on... Employees and lawyers have made it so bad in some cases that I'm surprised that companies don't segregate workers based on gender and orientation. Though clearly sarcastic, fact of the matter is that such company rules leave them an out so they don't get dragged into it. One that is needed in that "forever" some folks have felt like a job is nothing more than a social function.
