  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

    Best regards,

    StanleyOG.

German engineering has really suffered with the wave of Turkish immigrants . BMW was better but you pay for that .

Saab and Volvo or better but they are pricey .

If you were looking for a reliable then go Japanese other than Nissan . Just not very interesting looking

In the past fords have been money pits for me. Fix or repair daily what is the acronym .

Fiat has a reputation which is fix it again Tony

Not impressed with GM or Chrysler .

English cars are kind of cool looking but completely unreliable .

So if you're looking for a reliable car I have no complaints about Honda or Subaru

I can add that Subaru is costly in repair,Volvo is a shit for oldies. One more Russian sayin \ if it was not Opel than Ford would have been the worst car\

Both are good but hands down Toyota/Lexus makes a great car and they are reliable and a treat to work on when it comes time to tear them down and rebuild them. I have owned more than 10 Toyota's in my life and they never let me down like American garbage does ... although I have 2 Cadillac Escalades that are pretty sweet considering I paid through the teeth for upgrades/addons.

I live in a small town there are couple of richies that own Caddi Escalade, those that want to seem like most rich own Range Rover Evoque, but most popular among those that earn well are Lexus200, Land Cruisor Prado 100 or 200. BMW- X6 not that popular

I used to know someone who drove a testarossa

He said he was almost intimidated by his own car .

Looked like a lot of fun to drive but I suspect the maintenance is awful

Driving my fourth Subaru now, and thinking about replacing it, since it's an '04 that I bought in autumn '03. After almost fourteen years it's showing its age. Obvious choice -- another Subie.

Lots of snow up here in Northeast Ohio and the two Subarus that I had always got me through it because of the all-wheel-drive .

Not an especially looking good car my Impreza that is but it was excellent transportation

The maintenance is not awful, it is a nightmare and takes 2 mechanics at the same time to do a tune-up to the engine. V-12's are fickle. They are fun to drive but a little lumpy as they are more meant for speed than comfort. I rent them when in Europe where they have superhighways. I will be renting one when in Switzerland next month. (and yes Mr Smith I am leaving Tuesday but said I was going to Ireland first LOL, just thought I would save you the trouble of saying "I thought you said you were going this month")

I owned a Ferrari Dino that fetched a pretty penny at auction.

I've literally plowed snow with the grill of every Subie I've had, starting with an '84 wagon.

No, they're not glamorous, but they work well in all weather, which is not something you can say about a lot of "better" cars.

Yeah my Subaru Impreza was the only car on the road that could go in a straight line on everything outside of black ice .

And you're right it works like a snowplow even when the snow is as high as the grill.

The only thing that ever happened in deep snow is that the snow kind a tore off my splash guards but that was easily fixed

The only time I got stuck in my Impreza was when a drift broke over my windshield and stalled my wipers. I couldn't see where I was going and lost momentum. Had to climb out the window, since the snow was too deep to open my doors. I cleared the snow from the wipers, backed up, and got rolling again. Plowed right through. I kept my wipers on high for the rest of the drive.
