  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

So how many of our rural posters have Generac propane whole house emergency generators? How large are your propane tanks?

    1. msman
If the power goes off I can live with it. Don't need a generator.
I live in an area where hurricanes blow through. Not a lot of the people have generators.
The people who do have them have small portable generators.

I like TSC, I'll buy gardening tools there, I'll buy pet food there, I'll buy bird seed there, I'll buy vegetable seeds and fruit trees there, and when on sale, at the end of the season, I'll buy Carharts and seasonal essentials there.

The fruit trees there are a real bargain, comparing Home Depot and Lowes, fuck, it's a third of the cost at TSC....

Our TSC is the highest priced store around. No one buys their fruit trees and the dry up and die. Then they will put them on sale for half price. I know all TSC stores are not like the one here. The management is horrible and they change it about every 6 months. It gets worse every time.
Most of the time when you go into the store the person working the single check out is the only person in the store.

      Hmp.

That's too bad, I have never had a bad experience at either of the 2 local TSC's here.

Bad managers destroy good businesses more frequently than you would imagine. Someone above these "managers" needs to be replaced. I'd say retrained, but anyone in that position should have a firm grasp of business.

      I absolutely agree.

The 2 stores here are reasonably priced, with some adequate quality of merchandise....a very friendly/helpful staff.

Yes, there are other TSC stores in other towns in driving distance and they are nothing like the one where I live.
It has only been there about 4 years. Maybe it will get better.

I have a 500 gallon tank, it's just a supplement, I have a gas well that provides for us.

If the electricty goes out, I have a 5500 watt generator on my truck, it does what we require.

when gas wells where on peoples land and they produced the landowner could use as much for their personal use....

my royalty checks are just terrible---3.00 a MCF

I'm a complete noob on this, I take it you did not own the mineral rights. Who did? Who paid the property tax? Who pays the property tax now? Were you paid anything for the disruption the well would cause?

every state is different and some land owners might own all or none of the mineral rights or just fraction there of....

some states give the land owner some interest because of rights (ingress and egress) to get to the wells....

in the old days it was common that the farm house where the well was to get free gas....
not sure if that is the case any longer.....

all I own are mineral rights....no actual land....

Here you need 40 acres to drill a well, you lose the mineral rights when to give permission for an outside company to drill, it's still my property and I still pay the taxes.

It was a minimal disruption process, free gas was the payment, along with a royalty check, quarterly.

I have seen more deer in cities than I see in the woods, Cleveland is polluted with them.
They put on a hunt every year give the meat to the food bank, but damn...the yuppies sure do put up a fight about that.... wait until one of their young childern come home with Lyme Disease

They advertise on tv every year for hunters to donate their deer to some shelter or food bank. At first they would pay for the processing but they stopped that. Processing costs were more than the meat was worth.

A slew of us used to get together and do our own processing... then time got to be our enemy, processing here was around $80, more if you added something to it.

The shelters and food banks here would not accept meat that was not processed in a processing plant.

Shooter notes that the news of 3 major metropolitan areas suffering near simultaneous power outages has already dropped off the news.
Trump should mention them in a tweet and rouse the unsupporters.

They'll froth it's his fault, or he's delusional, or investigate for weeks to find out if Mir a Lago has terrorist proof power, and how much that costs the American taxpayer, but they might actually get to the bottom of what's going on.

cheap china tools are bought by companies and given to mexican workers because they either lose them or steal them....

    1. ace's n 8's
      So true.

Recently I was digging at a (dump site), just spoil piles from a business that water proofed basements, and dug up a brand new partner saw, they couldn't have run a full tank of gas through it.

They must have left it in the back of the 1 ton dump truck, forgotten about it, bizzarre.

Shooter worked, briefly, at a Sod Farm.
95% of the workers were illegals.
They would shit in boxes and leave them in odd corners around the shop.
But Shooter also noted that they worked 10 times as hard as any of the Americans who worked there.
And caused very few problems. You know, other than the shitting thing ...........
