Competition Deadline?

Is the competition closed yet or do I have a few hours left to post? I am unfortunately still writing haha, I've had so little time but I have a night free tonight. If I'm in time I will enter my story, if not I'll post it anyway and just won't enter. Hopefully I can get it in on time. When does it close? How many hours do I have or is time already up?

Thanks for the reply, but I'm confused. It's already march 1st here in England, it's 1:30am so does that mean I have just under a day to finish my story or just a matter of hours/minutes? I take it the competition has not closed quite yet because there has been no big announcement from ELP or anything. It's just a little complicated and unclear with the different time zones and stuff you know?

 

Ok, ELP's location says Detroit Michigan, so I looked into the time zone there and I think there are 3 and a quarter hours left before the competition closes, but I'm not 100% sure. I should be able to finish by then with a bit of luck. Hopefully I have the time right!

Ps) I am no longer entering the "horror" story which I was talking about before, I decided to make that a longer story which would take too long to write well. So I am writing a new short story based on an experience I had recently instead, it should be more suitable for this competition anyway . Anyway, I must get back to writing!

 

Okay...story has been submitted to the story site...it's about 17,000 words, so I don't know that I can post it here on the forum, but I'll try that too...once I get confirmation that it has be posted over there. Phew.

 

It is 8:49PM (February 29th) here in the Eastern Standard time zone. I will post the list tomorrow afternoon. You have some time left. There are about twenty stories in and on the way, which does not leave a lot of open spaces available. Please try and get your stories in as quickly as you can.

Query - this is the first CAW challenge I have entered; what is the largest number of stories before the CAW 10 to have ever been entered?

 

If my memory serves me correctly, 25 was the most submitted in one challenge. I believe the theme was "First Time".
