Remember how in grade school there was always one teacher that made you write "How I Spent My Summer Vacation"? Write a story with a summer vacation theme. Genre, length and format are up to you; anything goes.

and the kids are out for summer vacation...

even though Grandpa's doing a whole bunch of sex tutoring...

yay - I'm in - a rehash of an old roleplay - but it does need completely rewriting.

When I read the first post, I thought you were nuts! Two days isn't enough time for me to even come up with an idea, let alone write a story, but a month -- I'm willing to try. In fact, I've already started.

Of course, I feel a little like I'm back in 5th grade, writing about "What I did on summer vacation." The difference is, I think about things now that I didn't think about when I was that age. Heh, heh, heh!

This one should be easy. I already have several stories underway that take place during the summer, so I just have to pick one and finish it. And change it from 3rd-person to 1st person perspective.
