To me it seems like this is a woman who is in a position of authority where no one dare question her but she uses the authority to verbally attack those who cannot defend themselves.

The fact that she does this regularly and with relish Suggests a whole new level of manipulation and control .

Still her ratings are extremely high and were even higher than Oprah's ratings in the last season of her talk show .

Why ?

 

Controversy, drama....the major ingredients blended to create a succesful reality show.

Oprah was so.....vanilla.

 

You can say what you want about her, and she is bitchy, but I saw recently where she is the highest paid person on TV. Not only because of her show but due to the fact that she owns the distribution of her show

 

Know that there is a white chocolate but I am just now learning that there is dark vanilla .

 

People seem to enjoy watching other people make fools of themselves. Look at the Jerry Springer show. There are a lot of sadistic people in this country. Hell look at the members of this forum! We know better, yet we still come here... It is a strange phenomenon to say the least. I have no defense myself. I may try to wean myself off of this madhouse, however I can't make any promises... I enjoy seeing others make fools of themselves, you libs know who you are, LOL!

 

I agree that continuing to come here is the serial mistake that I keep making it .

I guess I do take pride that I don't watch Judge Judys show.

But the trailers are everywhere and I would like to believe that she could never make it in a real court room.

In fact I would like to see her disbarred if she tried her crap in a real courtroom

She may be a bitch, but the people in her court are less than stellar. She says to them what her audience is thinking.

 

Sure I can explain, do I want to? No.

 

I guess so but the trailers for her show are on TV here about 20 times a day so it's really hard to avoid seeing her

 

People like watching fools be put in their place which she is good at.

Just a note, the judgements awarded to the "winner" is paid for by the show and not out of the "losers" pocket ...

Like I always say, it has nothing to guilt or innocence once a trial starts. It becomes all about winning and losing for the lawyers. For every fact entered into evidence, two are disallowed, so the jury never gets the whole story. That is another reason why I normally go for a "bench trial" (judge alone) when I make my regular visits to court lol.
