Absolutely not one single woman actually tries to give a "bad" blow job, I am fairly confident of this. I mean... maaaaybe, if you've been married a long time, and kind of hate your partner/or are tired of their shit, I could see not giving it your all. I guess some women don't enjoy giving head, so maybe they might purposefully slack in their bj abilities, similar to that of a man purposefully washing the dishes/laundry poorly, so that they're never asked to do it again. I don't think I ever just "decide" to give a blowjob, things just...evolve, and it happens. Giving head is an integral part of sex to me, so there is seldom any doubt that we'll get there eventually.

As stated above, no one sets out to give bad head, there are easier ways to torture a man if that's what you have in mind.

 

I can't say that I ever really just make a decision to to give a blowjob, it just happens.
